Thank you for researching the $Kissy Token project.This "crypto token social experiment" is designed to bring crypto's real world utility to my Eastside Neighborhood in Waco, Texas.My goal from funds generated by the Kissy Token are to build a fun and addictive Farcaster Mini App Game and eventually use those funds to purchase housing/lots as they come available for renovation. I want to keep low income housing in my gentrifying neighborhood.Maybe we can do other impactful things too along the way. The future is always uncertain!Housing renovation projects will have the goal to keep rents low and affordable.The expectation is to set a rent price at 30 percent of income for the first year and reduce that by 1% for 5 years for longevity.This may change, because it's all in the beginning phases right now.The demographic for the housing initiative are 50+ year olds on fixed incomes and Veterans with disability income.The proceeds from the rental money stream would be allocated by a percentage to a maintenance fund for both the present and future, costs of doing business, funding other projects as needed, buying tokens back to enhance supporter's positions in the community, and any other costs associated with the project as a whole.Keep in mind, this is not an investment or security and there should be no expectation of a "return on investment".This crypto token is considered a collectible and may or may not retain/increase in value.One thing I can assure you my potential supporter reading this, you will never see me flex wealth. Yes, I like nice things, but nice things must be earned and money not wasted.But no fancy cars in my driveway for sure. I own an e-bike and it gets me to where I need to be.Sorry, digressed there...This is a huge overarching plan that will take millions of dollars (or tens of thousands depending on the scope of a specific build out) in order to do it "right".Secondarily, it can also serve as an inspiration to others to create something that will impact their real world communities.The possibilities are endless and this is what motivates me.This vision requires proof of work, but without funding, there can be no proof of work.I am now in discussions with a vibe coder and beginning the process of building the game/NFT engine that will ultimately help fund this community project.We are hashing out the design, game mechanics, and overall security. This may take some time to do, but the goal is May 2026.Either the beginning of it or the end of it depending.
